New Issue: Wisconsin HEFA prices $155.1 million of Froedtert Health revenue bonds

New York, Sept. 19 - The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority brought $155.1 million of series 2012A revenue bonds for Froedtert Health Inc., said a term sheet.
The bonds (/AA-/AA-) were sold through Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Ziegler & Co. Inc.
The bonds are due 2014 to 2026 with term bonds due in 2032 and 2042. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5%. The 2032 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 111.11. The 2042 bonds have a split maturity with a 4% coupon priced at 98.634 and a 5% coupon priced at 108.756.
Proceeds will be lent to the health system to finance or refinance the acquisition, construction and equipment of Froedtert facilities, as well as to advance refund the system's series 2003 and current refund its series 2001 bonds.
