Wisconsin HEFA arranges $162.43 million sale of Froedtert Health bonds

New York, Sept. 12 - The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority plans to price $162,425,000 of series 2012A revenue bonds for Froedtert Health, Inc., according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (/AA-/AA-) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Ziegler & Co. Inc.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be lent to the health system to finance or refinance the acquisition, construction and equipment of Froedtert facilities, as well as to advance refund the system's series 2003 bonds and current refund its series 2001 bonds.
