By Sheri Kasprzak

New York, Dec. 1 - The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority is set to price $136.15 million in series 2008 revenue bonds for Froedtert & Community Health later this week, according to a sales calendar.

The bonds (/AA-/AA-) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. as the senior manager and Ziegler Capital Markets as the co-manager.

Proceeds will be used to refund prior bonds and to terminate a qualified hedge related to a previous bond sale.
