Fitch rates Frisco I.S.D., Texas, bonds AAA

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an AAA rating to Frisco Independent School District, Texas' $90 million unlimited tax school building bonds, series 2008, based on a guarantee provided by the Texas Permanent School Fund.

Fitch also said it assigned an underlying rating of A to the series 2008 bonds, which are scheduled to sell competitively on March 13.

In addition, Fitch said it affirmed the underlying A rating on the district's approximately $902.9 million of outstanding unlimited-tax school building bonds.

The outlook is stable.
