Moody's rates Frief loans Ba3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba3 rating to the $210 million senior secured term loan B due 2019 and the $33 million funded letter of credit term loan facility also due 2019, for Frief North American Power I LLC.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's said the rating reflects the highly contracted nature of the portfolio of projects, the duration of the contracts, the credit quality of the contract counterparties and the portfolio diversification across four states.
