Fresno Wastewater Enterprise, Calif., to sell $161.115 million revenue bonds Thursday

New York, July 8 - The Fresno Wastewater Enterprise in California will price its $161.115 million in series 2008A sewer system revenue bonds on Thursday, according to a calendar of upcoming deals.

The bonds had previously been set to price July 7.

The bonds (Aa3//A+) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Citigroup Global Markets as the senior manager.

The bonds are due in 2019 and from 2021 to 2028 with term bonds due 2033 and 2037.

Proceeds will refund the enterprise's series 2000 variable-rate bonds and series 1995 bonds and provide $51 million in new money.
