New Issue: Fresno Unified School District, Calif., sells $72.29 million of G.O. refunding bonds

New York, June 29 - The Fresno Unified School District of California sold $72,285,000 of series 2012 general obligation refunding bonds, said a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa3) were sold through Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
The deal included $39,895,000 of series 2012A refunding bonds and $32.39 million of series 2012B taxable bonds.
The 2012A bonds are due 2013 to 2030 with 1% to 4.5% coupons. The 2012B bonds are due 2013 to 2021 with 0.805% to 4.5% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to refund a portion of the district's election of 2001 series D and E and series 2004A G.O. refunding bonds.
