Fresno, Calif., to sell $159.97 million water system revenue bonds

New York, Jan. 12 - The City of Fresno in California is set to sell $159.965 million in series 2010 water system revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The sale includes $55.49 million in series 2010A-1 bonds and $104.475 million in series 2010A-2 Build America Bonds.

The bonds (/A/A+) will be sold on a negotiated basis with De La Rosa & Co. and Bank of America Merrill Lynch as the senior managers.

Proceeds will be used to fund improvements to the city's water system.
