Fresenius sets final redemption price for 4% notes due 2024

Lexington, Ky., Nov. 27 – Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA announced the final price for the early redemption of its €450 million 4% notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS1026109543, XS1026109204) on Dec. 4, according to a notice.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes will be redeemed at par plus the make-whole amount of €89,695.40, calculated at Bunds plus 50 basis points.

Accrued interest will also be paid, totaling €13.67 per note, bringing the redemption price to €1,013.87 per note.

Fresenius is a German health care group. The company provides products and services for dialysis, hospitals, and outpatient medical care.
