Fresenius to redeem €450 million 4% notes due 2024 on Dec. 4

Lexington, Ky., Dec. 1 – Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA announced it will redeem its €450 million 4% notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS1026109543, XS1026109204) on Dec. 4, according to a notice.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes will be redeemed in full at par plus a make-whole amount, calculated at Bunds plus 50 basis points, plus accrued interest.

Accrued interest will total €13.66667 per note, bringing the redemption price to €1,013.66667 per note plus the make-whole amount, if any.

The issuer intends to publish a notice with the redemption price five business days prior to the redemption date.

Fresenius is a German health care group. The company provides products and services for dialysis, hospitals, and outpatient medical care.
