New Issue: Fremont Unified School District, Calif., sells $140 million G.O. bonds

New York, Nov. 18 – The Fremont Unified School District of California priced $140 million of election of 2014 series A general obligation bonds, said a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aa2/AA-/) were sold competitively, but the winning bidder was not immediately available Tuesday.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2016 and 2026 to 2039 with a term bond due in 2044. The serial bonds have 4% coupons with 0.13% to 3.69% yields. The 2044 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at par.

Proceeds will be used to repair, upgrade, acquire, construct and equip school district property and facilities.
