New Issue: Fremont Unified School District, Calif., sells $80.42 million G.O. refunding bonds

New York, Dec. 4 - The Fremont Unified School District of California priced $80,415,000 of series 2012B general obligation refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa2/AA-/) were sold competitively. The issuer did not return calls for the winning bidder by press time Tuesday.
The bonds are due 2013 to 2030 with 2% to 5% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to advance refund the district's series 2002 G.O. bonds and current refund its series 2004 G.O. bonds.
