Freescale to repay facility borrowings with secured notes proceeds

New York, April 7 - Freescale Semiconductor Inc. plans on repaying credit facility debt using proceeds from a $1.38 million secured notes offering, according to a market source.

Freescale is an Austin, Texas-based designer and manufacturer of embedded semiconductors for the automotive, consumer, industrial and networking markets.
