Freescale to launch term loan B repricing Thursday

New York, Feb. 7 - Freescale Semiconductor Inc. is scheduled to hold a conference call on Thursday to launch a repricing of its term loan B, according to a market source.

Citigroup and Credit Suisse are the lead banks on the deal.

Under the repricing, the company is looking to take the term loan B spread down to Libor plus 175 basis points from Libor plus 200 bps, the source said.

Freescale is an Austin, Texas, designer and manufacturer of embedded semiconductors for the automotive, consumer, industrial, networking and wireless markets.
