By Sheri Kasprzak

New York, May 29 - The Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Washington State intends to convert $62.5 million in series 2000 revenue bonds, according to a notice of conversion released Thursday.

The bonds, which are due Jan. 1, 2029, will be converted to a weekly rate mode from an auction-rate mode.

The bonds were originally sold through the Washington Health Care Facilities Authority.

Lehman Brothers is the remarketing agent for the conversion, which is expected to take place on June 4.
