New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $15 million three-year non-call 0.5-year step up notes at 1.25% initial rate
New York, June 26 - Freddie Mac priced $15 million of 1.25% initial rate three-year non-call 0.5-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on July 17, 2020 and have a Bermuda call beginning Jan. 17, 2018.
Wells Fargo Securities is the manager.
