New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $10 million five-year non-call 0.5-year step up notes at 1.25% initial rate
New York, May 25 - Freddie Mac priced $10 million of 1.25% initial rate five-year non-call 0.5-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on June 22, 2022 and have a Bermuda call beginning Dec. 22.
Multi-Bank Securities Inc. is the manager.
