New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $25 million five-year non-call 0.5-year step up notes at 1.50% initial rate

New York, May 24 - Freddie Mac priced $25 million of 1.50% initial rate five-year non-call 0.5-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on June 15, 2022 and have a Bermuda call beginning Dec. 15.

Suntrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. and Stifel Nicolaus are the managers.
