New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $300 million five-year non-call one-year step up global medium-term notes at 1.625% initial rate

New York, April 28 - Freddie Mac priced $300 million of 1.625% initial rate five-year non-call one-year step up global medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on May 25, 2022 and have a Bermuda call beginning May 25, 2018.
