New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $25 million five-year non-call 0.5-year step up notes at 1.50% initial rate
New York, April 26 - Freddie Mac priced $25 million of 1.50% initial rate five-year non-call 0.5-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on May 16, 2022 and have a Bermuda call beginning Nov. 16.
Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. is the manager.
