New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $30 million five-year non-call 0.5-year step up notes at 1.625% initial rate
New York, April 25 - Freddie Mac priced $30 million of 1.625% initial rate five-year non-call 0.5-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on May 10, 2022 and have a Bermuda call beginning Nov. 10.
Suntrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. is the manager.
