New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $150 million three-year non-call 0.25-year step up notes at 1.25% initial rate
New York, April 21 - Freddie Mac priced $150 million of 1.25% initial rate three-year non-call 0.25-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on May 11, 2020 and have a Bermuda call beginning Aug. 11.
BB&T Capital Markets, RBC Capital Markets Corp. and Pierpont Securities LLC are the managers.
