New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $25 million three-year callable one time at 0.5 year step up notes at 1.125% initial rate

New York, March 29 - Freddie Mac priced $25 million of 1.125% initial rate three-year callable one time at 0.5 year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on April 20, 2020 and are callable one time on Oct. 20.

KGS Alpha Capital Markets LP and Jefferies & Co. Inc. are the managers.
