New York, March 23 - Freddie Mac priced $25 million of 1.25% initial rate three-year non-call 0.25-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on April 20, 2020 and have a Bermuda call beginning July 20.
KGS Alpha Capital Markets LP and Brean Capital LLC are the managers.
