New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $15 million five-year non-call 0.5-year step up notes at 1.625% initial rate
New York, March 10 - Freddie Mac priced $15 million of 1.625% initial rate five-year non-call 0.5-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on April 12, 2022 and have a Bermuda call beginning Oct. 12.
Wells Fargo Securities is the manager.
