New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $144 million five-year non-call 0.75-year step up notes at 1.20% initial rate

New York, Aug. 19 - Freddie Mac priced $144 million of 1.20% initial rate five-year non-call 0.75-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on Sept. 13, 2021 and have a Bermuda call beginning June 13, 2017.

Cantor Fitzgerald is the manager.
