New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $16 million 15-year non-call 0.5-year step up notes at 2.30% initial rate

New York, July 25 - Freddie Mac priced $16 million of 2.30% initial rate 15-year non-call 0.5-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on July 25, 2031 and have a Bermuda call beginning Jan. 25, 2017.

First Tennessee Bank NA Memphis is the manager.
