New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $25 million eight-year non-call 0.5-year step up notes at 1.25% initial rate
New York, July 12 - Freddie Mac priced $25 million of 1.25% initial rate eight-year non-call 0.5-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on July 26, 2024 and have a Bermuda call beginning Jan. 26, 2017.
Pierpont Securities LLC and Finacorp Securities are the managers.
