New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $15 million 10-year non-call 0.5-year step up notes at 1.00% initial rate
New York, June 16 - Freddie Mac priced $15 million of 1.00% initial rate 10-year non-call 0.5-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on June 30, 2026 and have a Bermuda call beginning Dec. 30.
KGS Alpha Capital Markets LP is the manager.
