New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $25 million four-year non-call 0.5-year step up notes at 1.25% initial rate
New York, May 24 - Freddie Mac priced $25 million of 1.25% initial rate four-year non-call 0.5-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on June 23, 2020 and have a Bermuda call beginning Dec. 23.
Finacorp Securities and Pierpont Securities LLC are the managers.
