New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $25 million four-year callable one time at 0.75 year step up notes at 0.85% initial rate

New York, May 23 - Freddie Mac priced $25 million of 0.85% initial rate four-year callable one time at 0.75 year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on June 24, 2020 and are callable one time on March 24, 2017.

BB&T Capital Markets and RBC Capital Markets Corp. are the managers.
