New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $25 million four-year non-call 0.25-year step up notes at 1.25% initial rate

New York, April 19 - Freddie Mac priced $25 million of 1.25% initial rate four-year non-call 0.25-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on May 18, 2020 and have a Bermuda call beginning Aug. 18.

Incapital, RBC Capital Markets Corp. and Vining Sparks are the managers.
