New York, April 13 - Freddie Mac priced $30 million of 1.00% initial rate 10-year non-call 0.5-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on April 27, 2026 and have a Bermuda call beginning Oct. 27.
Multi-Bank Securities Inc. is the manager.
