New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $50 million seven-year non-call one-year step up notes at 1.42% initial rate

New York, March 29 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 1.42% initial rate seven-year non-call one-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on March 30, 2023 and have a Bermuda call beginning March 30, 2017.

Raymond James & Associates Inc. is the manager.
