New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $25 million five-year non-call 0.5-year step up notes at 1.00% initial rate
New York, March 11 - Freddie Mac priced $25 million of 1.00% initial rate five-year non-call 0.5-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on March 30, 2021 and have a Bermuda call beginning Sept. 30.
Piper Jaffray & Co., Finacorp Securities and Robert W. Baird & Co. Inc. are the managers.
