New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $25 million 6.5-year non-call 0.25-year step up notes at 1.00% initial rate
New York, Feb. 23 - Freddie Mac priced $25 million of 1.00% initial rate 6.5-year non-call 0.25-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Sept. 21, 2022 and have a Bermuda call beginning June 21.
Suntrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. and Incapital are the managers.
