New York, Jan. 14 - Freddie Mac priced $25 million of 1.00% initial rate four-year callable one time at one year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Jan. 27, 2020 and are callable one time on Jan. 27, 2017.
Stifel Nicolaus and BNY Mellon Capital Markets LLC are the managers.
