New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $25 million 3.25-year non-call 0.25-year step up notes at 1.00% initial rate
New York, July 31 - Freddie Mac priced $25 million of 1.00% initial rate 3.25-year non-call 0.25-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Nov. 27, 2018 and have a Bermuda call beginning Nov. 27.
Piper Jaffray & Co., Incapital, Robert W. Baird & Co. Inc. and Finacorp Securities are the managers.
