New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $25 million five-year non-call one-year step up notes at 1.00% initial rate
New York, April 27 - Freddie Mac priced $25 million of 1.00% initial rate five-year non-call one-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on May 13, 2020 and have a Bermuda call beginning May 13, 2016.
Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. is the manager.
