New Issue: Freddie Mac adds on $25 million five-year non-call 0.25-year step up notes at 1.25% initial rate

New York, April 27 - Freddie Mac added on $25 million of 1.25% initial rate five-year non-call 0.25-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on May 14, 2020 and have a Bermuda call beginning Aug. 14.

Stifel Nicolaus is the manager.
