New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $25 million 15-year non-call 0.25-year step up notes at 1.00% initial rate
New York, Feb. 19 - Freddie Mac priced $25 million of 1.00% initial rate 15-year non-call 0.25-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on March 12, 2030 and have a Bermuda call beginning June 12.
Suntrust Robinson Humphrey Inc., Multi-Bank Securities Inc. and Finacorp Securities are the managers.
