New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $100 million five-year non-call 0.5-year step up notes at 1.625% initial rate
New York, Feb. 19 - Freddie Mac priced $100 million of 1.625% initial rate five-year non-call 0.5-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Feb. 27, 2020 and have a Bermuda call beginning Aug. 27.
SG Americas Securities LLC is the manager.
