New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $25 million five-year non-call 0.25-year step up notes at 1.75% initial rate
New York, Dec. 22 - Freddie Mac priced $25 million of 1.75% initial rate five-year non-call 0.25-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Jan. 16, 2020 and have a Bermuda call beginning April 16, 2015.
Jefferies & Co. Inc. and Guggenheim are the managers.
