New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $25 million three-year non-call 0.25-year step up notes at 0.50% initial rate
New York, July 8 – Freddie Mac priced $25 million of 0.50% initial rate three-year non-call 0.25-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on July 28, 2017 and have a Bermuda call beginning Oct. 28.
Jefferies & Co. Inc. and BNY Mellon Capital Markets LLC are the managers.
