New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $25 million 10-year non-call 0.5-year step up notes at 1.125% initial rate
New York, May 30 - Freddie Mac priced $25 million of 1.125% initial rate 10-year non-call 0.5-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on June 24, 2024 and have a Bermuda call beginning Dec. 24.
Raymond James & Associates Inc. and BMO Capital Markets Corp. are the managers.
