New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $225 million five-year non-call one-year step up notes at 1.55% initial rate

New York, March 12 - Freddie Mac priced $225 million of 1.55% initial rate five-year non-call one-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on March 27, 2019 and have a Bermuda call beginning March 27, 2015.

Cantor Fitzgerald is the manager.
