New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $25 million five-year non-call 0.5-year step up notes at 1% initial rate
New York, Nov. 4 - Freddie Mac priced $25 million of 1% initial rate five-year non-call 0.5-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Nov. 27, 2018 and have a Bermuda call beginning May 27, 2014.
Cantor Fitzgerald and Vining Sparks are the managers.
