New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $50 million 20-year non-call one-year step up notes at 3.125% initial rate
New York, Feb. 29 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 3.125% initial rate 20-year non-call one-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on March 25, 2032 and have a Bermuda call beginning March 25, 2013.
First Tennessee Bank NA Memphis, Finacorp Securities and Stifel Nicolaus are the managers.
