New Issue: Freddie Mac sells $5 billion 0.375% two-year Reference Notes at 20 bps over Treasuries

Boston, Sept. 15 - Freddie Mac priced $5 billion of new 0.375% two-year Reference Notes on Thursday at a spread of 20 basis points over Treasuries.

The notes were sold at 99.937 to yield 0.405%. Price talk was at a spread of 20 bps over Treasuries.

The notes are non-callable.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. and BNP Paribas Securities Corp. were the lead managers.
