Freddie Mac talks two-year Reference Notes at 20 bps over Treasuries; amount to be determined

Boston, Sept. 14 - Freddie Mac plans to price new two-year Reference Notes on Thursday, talked at a spread of 20 basis points over Treasuries.

The size of the deal has not been set, but it is expected to be at least $3 billion.

The notes will be non-callable.

J.P. Morgan Chase, Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. and BNP Paribas Securities Corp. are the lead managers of the offering.
